The past month, I've had a hard problem being "here". I've had a new experience though. Maybe not new, but more intense and frequent throughout the day. I've been hoping it was due to getting off meds. Has anyone felt like their head was cloudy, almost being zapped or partially frozen? Usually it brings a friend - major headache. I know that sounds wierd, but im trying to find out what this is? I feel like im starting to be "gone" more of the day than I am here. its getting worrisome. :-( Maybe its just fatigue since im not sleeping well.

Probably a combination of not sleeping well and stress, I get major headaches too and take it as a sign to slow down a bit.

Sorry your not sleeping, it could be a part of the dissociation and anytime meds get adjusted that can cause reactions too...I just hope you feel better soon..Take care..
