this week I was reminded just how people could be when it came to mental health issues.

Possible trigger:

how much worse can you get?

how low can you actually go to talk about someone?

jesus!

Wow ouch and sorry. That’s disgustingly awful.

It’s find it’s easy to say that I have bipolar, but impossible to say DID.
But to insult and debase you, too?

Who is this she?

How awfully ignorant of that person! I hope it wasn't someone you have to deal with regularly.

That person clearly has no idea what they are talking about, no compassion and no sensitivity. Their words carry no weight and I hope you know that. It's a shame the stigma around mental illnesses continues. It says nothing of us and everything of those who perpetuate the myths.

All the same, I hate feeling invalidated, it triggers Rage something fierce... our inner social justice warrior. A very violent entity. Scary....we often have to turn and walk away taking slow deep breaths to keep him from exploding out.

I hope that you and your others are taking it well and that it isn’t bothering you in any way. People are such butts at times.

Yeah... brutal

What’s up with people these days? I’d personally “delete” this person .. block them everywhere. They are a fool imo.
