At work...the workers become and do their job (the guys)...anything away from our nest. When we get home....it’s my time...Sherri here representing all our home bodies of the fem gender...we freely switch in and out.

Yes...time and place can be a trigger: our triggers are people, places and things....

That kind of suggests everything.

I hate this so much that I feel some to no relating to multiples so much that I’m a lost cause.... one of a kind...alien...

I can’t fathom being a conscious that is affected by alters...a lifeline capable of control being influenced by EP’s and other ANP’s...

I’m jealous and struggle daily to maintain functionality...but somehow we do...

I call it a God’s hand in our life because we still live and thrive somewhat successfully somewhat regardless of our inner conflicts....basically...at 50 we aint dead yet miracles everlasting for He knows we tried.

The Energizer bunny ant got shiit on us. Go figure.

Anyhow...being a system built on routine (some call it a rut)....we keep doing.

I wish the same for you all.

I very much relate to triggers as people places and things. Very much so. Our work alters are at work, at home it is more me and a couple others. Different alters relate to family, to social situations, to other daily life tasks. They just come out and do their jobs when we are in those situations.
Recently T did some EMDR work with us that helped us be more aware of a different group of alters and since then we have felt so much more grounded and had much less lost time throughout the days. It has been really different. It makes me wonder if we can connect more with other parts too maybe there will be even less lost time and switching.

What does that mean? We carry very vague images of the previous doings....like a dream.l.it seems we value boundaries...
