back to her abusive emails.
wrote me a really nasty one today- just telling me how it's my fault I'm still alive
Possible trigger:
she is a sick, twisted individual, and I didn't give her the time of day (didn't even reply to her message), but it's not a very nice start to the day at all |

If it were me, I'd find a quiet corner in a park, get out my notebook and write it into a story. It's one of the reasons I started writing, for sure; to get it out of my system, and act out how I would have liked to have acted etc (in my case, standing up to my father, which I never mansged in real.life).
It can also be coldly satisfying to write a cruel pen portrait of the person who's making your life a misery. Capturing them in all their terrible detail. Thinking of you. |

turning it in to a story is not such a bad idea, A- I am struggling to come up with ideas for the stories I am currently writing, so working on this might be good B- like you say, nice release thank you for the suggestion |
