Has anyone's alter ever become violent toward an outside person? Working on anger issues with T but I have this concern. He's not at all concerned! He says he can take care of himself but I want to know how much karate he knows!!!!

My alter, Big Billy, beat up a girl back in 8th grade and we had to go to court. Luckily, my grandfather was a lawyer and we got the charges dropped. He still has the urge to do violence, but he has learned the cost is too high to give in. But it can be a struggle.

“Don’t make me angry, you wouldn’t like me when I’m angry”- David Banner
I’ve always have felt partial to this line when I first heard it for the first time when it came out in the t.v. series The Incredible Hulk (1977) from a few generations ago. Omg, I was 10! Lol Angry One, Pissed, Killer to name a few. These guys can get us thrown into prison...so we practice on the spot meditation, a lot of breath holding, turning and walking away, distraction, mental aversion, or straight up dissociation. Nothing is more horrid then watching yourself go crazy and there is nothing that you can do about it, but to let them get it out and finish what they started. Then to do damage control afterwards. |
