It just is.

I totally hate being called ‘you did/said/posted”....umm, yes and NO! when an alter did....like I was involved...

We all feel the same.

A couple days away and we just comfortably did our thing.

I don’t know what to say.

Im sorry that it upsets you that I and other members point out things like past posts. unfortunately if I remember right the rules are everyone has only one account so others are not always going to know when someone else in a multiple system is posting.

Also the reason why I point out past postings is because sometimes when I am having a problem one of the things that help me is going back to my past posts and reading them. I sometimes forget what I post, when and to who. forgetting things is just a normal part of many of my problems like dissociation. it helps me to remember whats going on with me. and when i re read members past posts sometimes I find that they are going through the same problem they did 6 months ago or what ever and they found solutions to the problems the last time around. so maybe finding those past posts can help fix the problems now too.

I do frequently point other members to their past posts for the same reasons.... they can be helpful no matter who writes them.

with DID and dissociative disorders sometime people dont remember what is what so reading the past posts, especially for frequent posters it can fill in the gaps of day to day life, like journaling can.

again Im sorry that it upsets you that I and other members try to help with memory problems and such by pointing you to the past posts.

heres something that might help.... have everyone start signing their posts. that way we will at the very least know who is posting since everyone has to use the same account. this way members will be able to get to know you and your system as individuals. I have seen posts before where other members who have many kinds of alters sign their names at the end of their posts.

@amandalouise
@alwayschanging....

The information in the last few paragraphs is really a sticking point for our pain too.

Some of our alters will remind sometimes and without awareness, just like a friend to an alter or often times than not a new alter would do where it came from (PC). What is happening how are we all separating our realities with what we do next. Although I don't really care that much because you gotta go for YOU, only in certain switches when there is certain closeness or I have to keep the selves experiencing for some form of socializing, like this is a really good site. Hopefully, this is a good trigger to at least cope although that noise can be an overall trigger to if you have a host left reminder that things aren't well inside.
Thanks for this!

It’s like, I hate being like this, and it’s like I want to vomit every time I go back to a previous post...I just rather that they disappear. I’m ashamed about most of the things posted on here. And to be told you did this when I did not...I want to puke...literally.

I know another part posted it, but to me it doesn’t make sense, or I can’t feel it...so I feel vexed and sick.

Ignorance is bliss I’ve always said...the soul pacifies and we just do our thing. We/I require peace of mind, spirit, and soul- life is hard enough without the extra mind screw. Sorry, just saying.
