if a person has DID is it possible for the different personality's to have different mental illnesses...

I think it could be possible as my alters use to have (hold) different medical health issue for ME.

Yes, some parts can be more anxious than others and some parts can be more depressed than others just like some parts can be more creative or intelligent than others.
