"We - We - We" thats what I keep saying and I keep getting strange looks from people and have to make a joke out of it......for some reason this has been happening now for the last two days.....geez! Just needed to say it somewhere!

Tobey, don't apologize, make it part of your persona like you're using the Royal We and mean to. I have all sorts of words and phrases I use that my friends and family are use to and enjoy because they're "Me".

You don't have to "tell" people you have DID but you can imply/"act" like you do and like you find it natural and part of you. I deliberately use the word "need" instead of "want" all the time, even when it looks "odd" to people who don't know me. And I give them a challenging look like they are the one's who are out-of-step instead of me when they say something :-)

hey you... I also do this from time to time.. the "we" thing.. and then do a "quick" cover by making a joke,,, or smoothly saying something.. like... my friend and I..

hey my alters are my friends... so.. isn't a lie...
