Sometimes when I'm very anxious for no reason, but not having a panic attack. I can see myself walking as like I'm above watching me. Its very scary and it seems to come only when I have lots of anxiety, but not full panic attacks

Someone told me that apparently that's the ultimate for someone meditating?

I find it very scary

I've had the ocasional out of body experience, and also I get like.. it's hard to explain, like my tummy is trying to separate from my rest of my body, and I'm going to fly upwards- to stop it I have to tap my feet on the floor

also I have it where my head locks in place and it feels like it's moving

to stop it though I do the same thing
