My first T... told me that every alter held.. a piece of my "life puzzle" that all I had to do was find all the pieces... and put the puzzle together..

This week... the final puzzle piece was found,,, painful though that piece is..... my puzzle is now complete..

after 23 years of T... and searching... I know beyond a shadow of a doubt.. there are no other pieces.. of the puzzle left..

I should say... celebrate with me...... that is what I want to say..

I am still... hurting from.. the piece that I found....

But if you care at all.. about my very long difficult journey's end...

Celebrate.. rejoice.. and share my joy..

I am so proud of you and you have given me hope as I have watched you walk this path. Your strength and courage has taught me to keep reaching even when it seems I want to stop and let go. You have a place in my heart that only you can fill. Being DID also, I know the pain you speak of and of the confusion and terror that surrounds us at times. You have pushed and kept going through thick and thin. We have walked at times together and sat together when you just needed someone there. I am glad to be your friend and I love you for always. Know I care very much and will always care no matter what. I will continue to carry you in my heart and my prayers. Know that the hurt you feel will ease with time and at times, there may be feelings that return, but we are always here for you. Anytime you need us--just pm me. You are a special lady and friend.

(((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((freewill)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) What a long hard journey you have travelled. I am so glad that you have found the end and all of you have come to light and are recognized. I know how difficult this has been for you and hope that while this last one is still hurting that you find it is important for all of you to have found them.

For all of you I rejoice. I hope this helps bring you the peace you so well deserve. Continue to be gentle with yourself as the healing process continues.

You have worked long and hard to get through your issues. I am so proud of you for stepping up and tackling what you have tackled. You are an amazing woman, opening your mind to possibilities and solutions.

While the work you have done has been most difficult I'm sure, you can now say you have conquered what has kept you down for so long. You have WON!!!

Much love & respect to you my friend! the pieces of the puzzle - the final piece found..

I am so HAPPY and THRILLED for YOU........ as I know how it feels to put another piece of the puzzle together.

You should be PROUD of YOURSELF.

BTW..... ten years ago when I first started therapy for my DID my T asked me to picture my puzzle with my mind and when I saw it I only had a few pieces of it put together (all laying in the middle), but as I worked hard on me and the integration process over eight years time I now only have two corner pieces that are missing.

Hi. As someone who has been working 17 years on putting the pieces together how wonderful it was to find your post today on a day where I feel scared but too disconnected to understand why. It has brought me hope and joy inside hearing about another's journey with a positive, yet bittersweet experience. I know I don't know you and I've only started posting again today to reach out for support, but I'm glad I found this one.

Warmest congratulations !
Susan
