2 or 3 times in the past 6 months I have been woken up by a alter talking. I know what they sound like so I know it isnt thise hallucinations you get when you wake up or fall asleep. Has this ever happened to you?

Yes, I've had that happen to me. Sometimes in the form of a nightmare, other times they were just dreams.

Yes, this has happened to me quite a few times. One of my alters was mute as was the host, so they invented their own type of sign language. The host has woken up with their hands signing a conversation. It’s truly strange, but I’ve slowly become more comfortable with it.

Sometimes I wake up to find another part has been out and crying. I kind of wake up mid-sob. The evidence of crying is there but I don't have any idea what it was all about.
