I am a long time member here, have never posted in this forum. I and so does my therapist think I may have dissociative disorder. I lost focus for two weeks this past few weeks again. It happens when im stressed out. I also have PTSD I think it's more like CPTSD.

I have a very hard time remembering things and it's hard to describe everything i experience. I hope to find support here and understand myself when I dissociate. For me it's very scary and paralyzing. 10 Years ago a pdoc said this was schizo, my ext said this was attention seeking. Now i have a therapist who understands me. Thank you for reading

Hello, I hope your therapist helps you find a handle on it. I also suffer from it as well.. Good luck.
