Overall TW for (vague/mild) trauma talk, and dissociation talk.

Good news: We're FINALLY connected with a T who specializes in DID after 3 years of knowing about our DID and 7 years total in therapy.

Bad news: The eval process (and other life stressors, trauma popping up) is causing a lot of chaos parts wise. It's just... Some of us are excited to open up to her, others are not, others are angry, some are afraid... I feel comfortable telling her this once the eval is done, so that's not the problem.

The problem is I don't really know who's out right now, and the only thing I"ve got is a headache and a storm of emotions.

I'm not really sure what I'm looking for tonight. What works for others, to help cause the internal storm of parts' emotions? Any particular grounding exercises, self care methods, comfort things that work for y'all? I'm open to anything, and I think I'm going to brainstorm some of my own.

I hope everyone's night is going better than mine, and if not that it eases for you soon.

Thanks guys.
