I told my T that i would like to get out of my head, and have been extremely dissociative. She asked if I think I need to be hospitalized or medication. I know there is no Medicaiton for DID just symptoms. What I am looking for is if anyone has been taking medication to help with the intrusive thoughts and voices. They really need to stop.

thanks your experience is appreciated

I take lamictal. Not sure if that is how you spell it. It doesn't stop the others but does seem to quiet some of the nastier others. I also take lexapro and serequil. I have found that my littles are more active when I am on my meds and the meaner others come out more when I go off them.
