Our therapist only wanted to talk to Me none of my alters didn’t want to talk about the trama and didn’t want to help us work through witch actually hurt us more none of our real friends wanted to talk to us ether but we are trying our best have a good day

I'm so sorry to hear all that, Zelda. Your T should be open to speaking to any of you! Also, your T shouldn't push you to speak about trauma if you're not ready to.
Also, your real friends will appreciate who you are and all of the others as well. Sometimes it takes communication with friends to see if they are still there for you and you for them. They don't have to know about your other persons or DID diagnosis. You can still allow the others inside out. What I've come to learn is that some of my alters feel safer taking over in certain situations or with certain people. It doesn't mean that they like anyone better than the other necessarily, but it could mean that your friends are used to seeing a certain someone out. If your friends are true friends, they will except whomever comes out - even if they aren't aware of who that is and still think it is you (or a different alter they are used to seeing, even if they don't know it's an alter, if that makes sense). Hang in there. We struggle with similar things sometimes. |

Thank you for that I understand why she didn’t want to talk about my trama and I understand my real friends thank you are really understanding I just remember one of my real friends did tell that Ben was near by me a couple of times in the past that’s why I told her and my ex boyfriend who is one of my real friends currently and my old therapist before I was seeing two therapist in the past but now it’s just group
