I have DID.... and that is OK... with me....
I am not "DID"...the "condition"... the "thing" I am a person.... I am loveable...and that is OK... with me... I am loving.... I care about people deeply, very deeply... I try my hardest.... each... and ... every day... that is all... anyone can ask of me... I am not perfect... I cannot be perfect... and that is OK... with me... I no longer need to punish me... and that is OK ... with me... I love me... and that too.... is finally... OK with me....
