I've known about my MPD/DID for quite awhile. But still uncovering memories. It seems the healing process is endless.

I’m new here as well, I was diagnosed in 2020 but I’m struggling to find supportive communities that are safe from trolls to talk about experiences with DID. I hope this is a helpful place for the both/all of us
