Can relate to a lot of your circumstances.

I speak with humans every day, but in a work context, so mostly not reciprocal relationships.

I feel like I can't tell many people how I am as I don't want to lose my job. Not impaired in any way that affects my work but this degree of isolation is not "normal".

And lately I feel alone as I am not in contact with anyone who has the same issues that I do. It is difficult for me to get out and I can barely afford rent.

I am chronically behind on my life due to health issues but hoping I will make it through this.

I'm glad you posted, I hope you find answers that work for you, and will be interested in seeing your progress. Hope you keep posting here.
Thank you for sharing that. It does help to know there are others who feel the same as me

I'd like to hear about your progress as well.

I've been going for walks at a local park. Nature helps a lot. Also I went for ice cream with my neighbor today
