Has anyone here been taken Abilify for DID? My best friend just got prescribed this and I am wondering what others think about it.

While there are no meds for DID, some meds can help people with depression, anxiety, ocd symptoms, etc. Perhaps her Dr. is using it to help your friend with something else that might in turn help your friend deal with life in general a little bit better?

If it helps your friend overall, I'd say awesome and stick with it.

As it turns out now, my friend has quit taking abilify due to the increase in her rate being too much for her. I have to admit that it seemed to make her more withdrawn and increased her suicidal tendencies so I am glad she is not taking it anymore.
