I had visitors a week or two ago (I think). It really messed me up and I'm struggling with getting myself balanced again. I'm coming back around but I've lost more time than usual lately. Visitors

Please forgive me if any of my posts seem off track to anyone's threads. Sometimes I read a post and go to answer it and find out I already did and when I read it, it's like reading a different language.

I hope you all are hanging in there and doing okay. Sometimes this thing bites me in the butt and I struggle to regroup. It's those times I'm both thankful to be missing time and frustrated to be missing time. It doesn't feel safe when I can't figure out what's going on or what went on.

We'll make it though. That's why we were made tough. Visitors

Thank you all for responding. I am not very good at asking for support. I'm having some pretty weird and some awful dreams since they left. I'm not allowed to whine but I know I'll be fine soon anyway. It always goes back behind the walls eventually.

Thank you all for being here.

Thank you so much Roz. You are so sweet. The no whining rule comes from inside my head, never from anyone here. My T and I discuss it from time to time about how it's not whining, but my brain won't allow it regardless for the most part. I so appreciate your support Roz. Please don't go behind the wall. I for one would sorely miss you! Visitors Visitors Visitors

Thanks so much for all of your support guys. I've been really struggling since "the visit". It often takes me a couple weeks to regroup and the nightmares and lost time have been pretty intense. I'm so thankful for everyone here and the support of my T. Some days are harder than others but good people really help make the days lighter.

Thank you so much everyone for being here and for posting here and sharing your lives with all of us.
