I'm sorry things hurt so badly right now. I hope things will get better somehow and soon. Things have gotten better for me and this tells me that things can change and can get much better - I'm not big or strong and yet things have gotten better. I hope for hope to happen to you. ((((((shame))))))

(((((((((((Shame))))))))))) I know you mentioned before that you did not have the money for a T that specialized in DID, but I can't remember if you were able to check out the county mental health department? They might not specialize in DID, but at least you would have some support. Please take good care.
