I went to pdoc last week... I was going to ask him to bump.. up my one med.. and reduce the other...really... was the plan.. has been the plan..

and.. once more... an alter intervened.. and I come home with a sample.. of a new med.. with a plan to wean off another...

this has been going on for a year now...

can't seem to reslove even.. if it is written down..

meanwhile... my anxiety.. is thru the roof..

why are alters doing this to me???

i know how hard you try
just wanted you to know i care
would a claender help at all
or leaving a message on drs machine or with secratary
before you go help?

Free, they're trying to help and seem to have a different opinion than you =( can you journal with them and find out? Be like leaving letters out and you could get some back.

Yea, there are reasons for it. Just have to figure it all out. Like Kiya said, journaling is a great way to start.

Agh that has happened to me too.. I was supposed to get my dose of Seroquel reduced but somehow, it was increased. Dang it.

Hope journaling will eventually help. Communication usually does, so I don't see why not. Lotsa strength and patience to you (((freewill)))
