I feel really stupid. i need to go grocery shopping and i'm too scared to go do the shopping. grrrrr me!!!!!!

I feel too sleepy to drive my car safely and this is the best time to go cos there's not too many people in the stores right now. If i wait it will get all crowded and that scares me.

i hate me. i'm stupid. i make all my chores so hard that i just can't do them. what a horrible person i can be some days. grrrrrrrr me!

why is it so hard to do the things i been doing for 40 years????????

If it's any consolation i dont go out on my own either walmart scares me to death. I have difficulties even with my husband with me .... but some days i can manage to go in, get something quick and come out again .... i could never do a full shop .....

there's a book called feel the fear and do it anyway ... maybe it will help .... i havent read it yet i know i should ......

Not stupid! Grocery shopping is....ugh!

Do you have enough groceries around to let you wait until tomorrow to go shopping? Maybe you will feel less sleepy then and can go when the store isn't crowded.

dont be so down on yourself for things that make you unique. i have the same issues with people,crowds ect. and i do my grocery shoppin @ 1am @ the 24hr. walmart supercenter so pull-ups, shampoo and a quart of automotive oil can be picked up all at once to avoid any other trips i might need to take to minimize the anxiety issue. i have left stores emtyhanded and left behind full carts mid-isle more times than not!keep smilin <font color="#008800">

Nope, I didn't go yet, I found a way to get through until today. I need to go now, but I'm sleepy again and I may just do a small shopping trip.

I need some help really bad to do this, some stuff we need shouldn't have to wait until saturday. Maybe my daughter can help me, but she's starting her first year as teacher - and I need to support her, not drag her out to help on my chores.

I don't have a friend who can help with chores, its my responsibility - though DH does help on weekends sometimes, but also he makes me anxious to shop with him. He's VERY organized and a bit scary.
