(((((((((((( silentandscared )))))))))))))))

Congrats on finding the courage to speak to your T!!! That was a huge step and I hope you are proud of yourself for taking it. Most T's are pretty good at figuring out what is going on with a client.....that's their job Just admitted to T what is happening????

Sounds like T is being very supportive and caring and that's exactly what you deserve. May you continue to move forward and have the support you need too!

How brave of you to talk to your t about what is happening. It sounds like she is a very kind and supportive t. I am glad she is going with you to see your pdoc. I hope all goes well.

Good for you. Your avatar name here is one way I know how big a step you took. You chose not to be silent and not to be so scared.

I'm glad your T passed the test of your trust in her today. I hope she can help you with your pdoc!

((((((((((((((((( s & s ))))))))))))))))))))

While those of us here at PC are always willing to send care and support to help you along...remember it was YOU who had to make the actual steps to speak to your T. So don't forget to thank yourself for facing that fear and walking through it! Job well done!!
