Hello I am new to this site looking for a friend. I have been dealing with a illness called conversion disorder since o5. Is there anyone on this site that can relate to the pain i suffer each day.

Welcome Dorisann.

I had never heard of Conversion Disorder so I went and read about it and it must be very frustrating and painful!

If a cause is not found for something does that mean there is nothing they can do to help?

Even though I don't know anything about this my heart and thoughts go out to you. I hope reaching out for fellowship is helpful for you.

I'm very sorry to hear about this. I just read about this as well, for I hadn't heard of it either.

But I know several people who have problems with this, I didn't know what it was called.

It must be exhausting and stressful. But here at PC people are very kind and helpful, and I hope you find some peace with this wonderful place as I have.

Best wishes, and an offer of my friendship - Jeneteconnaispas

Dear Dorisann,

Can you tell me a little about conversion disorder? I am DID, but I don't know what your struggle is about. Even so, welcome to PC. I hope you find support and comfort here. There are really sweet people here and they will care about you. Keep posting and let us know how you are doing.

((((((((((((((((((Dorisann)))))))))))))) That sounds so hard to deal with. I'm so sorry. I hope therapy and meds will help you in time. We're glad you are here and look forward to hearing more from you.
