hi,
I see 3 guys in my head. one is white. is kind of unshaven. kind of dark complection, brown hair, not long.
The second one has blonde hair, white, shaven.
And the third guy hasnt shown himself to me.

But here is my thing.

My fiance said to me that when ever he got up close to my face, id start talking diffrent. And Id have more strenght. And Id push him. And id say something like "dont do that to her" or "dont hurt her" and i didnt know about this untill he told me about 25 min or so after i snaped out of it. and then he wanted to test it. and see what would happen. so he got up in my face. and i have no idea what happend. but he said that lasted about an hour.

and then his mom got in my face, but it was friendly. and i dont know what happend. but when i snaped out of that, i was in the same spot. so, i guess that turned out ok.

That sounds kind of unsettling. Do you have a therapist? I've never seen anyone in my head. There have been times though that when someone I know would rage, he would seemingly turn into someone else in my head (due to flashbacks) and I couldn't see the real person. Do you feel afraid when you see them? It might be good to see someone who can help you figure out what's going on.

Sounds like you have a 'protector' part that comes out when you feel threatened. Many of us have a protector within the system, and maybe you are now becoming aware of this.

Do you have a therapist to share with?
