This is my first time posting here. I know I have "others" and they are making themselves known more and more. Especially to the "friends" in my life. I started therapy and yesterday was my thrid time. He already knows of the others. I'm grateful for that yet scared to death.

(((((((( soulfulgrrl ))))))))))

Welcome to the DID forum, we understand here and I'm glad you found us.

Beginning therapy can seem very scary but I am glad you are able to share about all of you with your T.

We are with you on your journey.

((((((((((((((((((((soulfulgrrl)))))))))))))) Welcome. That's great that T already knows what is going on for you. Here, T knew what was going on well before I did. It was helpful for me because she was able to help me understand and learn more about myself because of her knowledge.

Glad you're here and hope to hear from you again soon.

My first time too. I'm not really sure what to write, but if you need to talk, this is a good place.

Welcome to PC. I am glad you found us. I am glad your t already knows about the others as it may make it easier for him to help you heal. Know you are not alone.

It can be, in my opinion. I see my T twice a week as needed and ability. There are no set times per week. I'm glad your T is helping.
