I was wondering, I feel like now is a time in my life where I have to start dealing with problems, look at them face to face. Otherwise they won't go away. I need to develop coping mechanism other than repression and dissociation.

But I'm having trouble - when I get myself too upset I'll switch into some weird mode of myself I can't even describe or today
I just feel so far away from myself that I can't even know what I'm feeling.

So, how do I address the problem? had anyone else had trouble with this?
it's really hard to deal with...
thanks everyone , hope this is within this topic

I guess it is getting your feelings back with your mind and body (they are so seperated from you now)? The only way that I have ever heard to do this is that you have to delve into your feelings in therapy.
