Don't know what's going on.....

hi yall. hope this is okay. am kinda lost right now
am here, but am not here. can't eat even know i'm hungry. can't sleep even know i'm tired. don't remember being triggered or anything, but all the sudden the sun's coming up and i have no idea what's goin on. but at the same time i don't care. it's just nothingness and it scares me, but doesn't. is this making any sense?
