My ex--who my trances were centered around--might be returning to group. With her return, I'm afraid I'll go downhill and just fall apart. As long as things don't get too intense in group, I think I'll be fine, but otherwise I think I may be in danger--emotionally.

Tell me what ya think I should do. Quitting or going to individual therapy is not an option, as I am court ordered to be there.

Lexicon,
You need to talk to group facilitator about this. Having a major trigger in group does not seem very safe to me. The t who runs the group should be able to ask court to get you to a different group.

Make sure they know what is going on. I would do this in private before the next group if possible. If you do not feel safe in group then I would think it would be of little value to you.

Good luck and take care.

Agreement here also. Depending on what the court order says, they should have some leniency. Maybe if there's another group you could try.
Not much else to say that hasn't already been said here. Know that we will listen when you need us to.
Love,
