I used to think that people were tricking me, even t. And definitely there are times I think this whole thing is completely ridiculous and my brain is completely fine. And then I find myself somewhere else hours later wondering what the heck happened.

Labrynth, I've been diagnosed with DID for almost two decades, and there are still times I question its validity--if I really have it. My situation is really complicated though.

DID doesn't define who you are however. It's basically a coping mechanism that helped you survive horrendous experiences. You are much more than the DID.
