I have no choice but to go to dr. today for physical therapy. I put off health issues as long as i can. I know its stupid to ignore health but touch is an intrusion. So- if i come back later as a less organized and smaller version of me please be aware that maybe its cause i freaked out at dr. appt. and try not to hold it against me. I can usually collect myself again but it takes time to get back in my head if I go into a fugue. Thanks.
PS I'll try to keep the young ones out of chat- and wandering in and out of the rooms
