lately we have been havin vivid day dreams that seem ta come outa no where an r very scary an we donno whats goin on...we see an hear in color but when it goes it leaves us breathless an scared an so outa sorts...we often see what we can only call a veil or a curtain while our eyes r still closed...an it feels like we r gonna fly off inta a full blown panic attack if we dont open our eyes an yet r scard ta open our eyes cuz its so scary...different names an different times in our lives appear outa no where...we donno who is doin it or why its bein done but right now we have no idea how ta make it stop...somebody please help us if u think u can...we r so scard we dont wanna go ta sleep at night cuz the dreams get scarier an scarier...

abbi, these sound like flashbacks. I'm so sorry that you are scared. Can you find something to hang onto, something soft and safe? Can you call a friend or T to help you through this? Can you imagine a very strong container to send these images to until your T can help you figure this out? Of course, please know that I am here with you, thinking of you, sending you thoughts with soft corners and gentle colours. I think you are very brave to reach out and i'm glad you did. if safe.

Miri...they happen all the time lately...as soon as we close our eyes almost...dont hafta b long b4 we know they b comin again...an its all we can do ta physically open our eyes cuz its just out an out scary...we dont have a T right now...just a case manager who dont have lotsa time for us cuz she is head of all the other ppl in the office...so we usually only get a half hour at most...an she dont know much bout talkin ta or dealin with alters...we r scared somethin is gonna happen ta us b4 we can even find a T...im scared cuz these things r just comin unglued an posin a threat ta our safety an sanity...we feel like were goin crazy...an that maybe its for good...im so scared that if we go ta sleep itll b that much worse...it doesnt help that im out a lotta the time...an that i carry the most fear for us all...some of the others carry some fear...not nearly as much as i do tho...i just m wonderin if sleepin more would ease them up...we aint gettin much sleep these days...an dont see a good plan in site til after school ends for the kid in June...hopefully we can last that long...

abbi, we believe you and i know you are sooo scared right now. i can't say i have had any experiences that sound just like yours. but, i can remind you that you are a survivor and together you and all the jewels have gotten through a really bad, bad childhood and tough life since then - WHICH tells me what is probably going on is someone has gotten upset and is flooding you with pictures and information and it is super-scary.

you have supporters here and you can write anything you need to to us here.

from my limited perspective i would urge you to do all you can to get sleep, eat regularly, spend some time moving or exercising and find something soft to cuddle. this will not last forever.

i will ask God to help you and keep you safe. He cares and knows all that is happening with you and the other jewels. i am sending you many gentle hugs if you want them

an the stuff keeps on comin...we cant figure out what is goin on with us...but it sure is hard ta figure...what is so wrong that we r havin all these things happen ta us????? im just not cut out for this kinda stuff...an none of us r either willin or know who is ta blame...an it seems an feels like it will last forever...but forever is so long an we dont wanna feel like this no more...why does it hafta b this way an why cant we ever know where it comes from????? the tears wont stop an the pain associated with em is too much ta bear...so what the bleep do we do now????? im so tired of fear, tired of pain, tired of livin...does ne body know what ta do an what we need ta do????? all sense has flown the coupe an we need some rest...but it never comes an we still sit here wonderin what the bleep we need ta do...im not sure that anything makes ne sense anymore...

Abbi It will be ok, honest. Those are flashbacks and the best thing to do is try very hard to keep your eyes open and use any grounding technique that helps you.
I'm sorry you're going through this awful thing. It does get better.
