I am thinking of perhaps starting a social group for those who
participate in DD Chat..... It would be a place to post feedback about the chat feelings it stirred up continue talking about topics suggest topics It seems that there may be things that don't get completely settled in the hour's time and often folks have to go after the chat is over. If anyone is interested in this please either post here or PM me I would appreciate input so that I can make the DD chat a time to look forward to. |

I attended one such session, because I thought the topic--board safety--was interesting.
I won't be attending any more of them. I don't have dissociative identity disorder, and I think the best way for me to learn about it is one poster at a time. |

I haven't been able to participate in chat yet due to my recent work schedule, but I think a social group is a lovely idea. If people do not want to do that though, perhaps you could start a thread here about it? Thanks for doing this white_iris.

I think it's a great idea,
sorry I've missed each chat so far - my sleep schedule is off so much  that normally it would be fine but lately Iget up 4-5 hours after x.x and I can't seem to sleep normal. Will try to make it next time though.

I think it is a wonderful idea. I would like to come to as many chats and participate in the social group as much as possible. What I can see it is a wonderful chat group and this will be a great extension to it. Great idea.

unfortunately the chat time is around 4am for us, we will not be able to participate
we often spent many hours grounding members after chat, an hour won't do it  7 hours is more like it, good luck structuring it

I do hope you will make it to chat sometime this month Calista. It would be good to meet some of the people that I write to here...but also meet more of my abbi's friends who seem to be very real, very in tune to what others' feelings are...I for one am amazed that people can be so helpful even to those whom they don't know. I am glad that there are those here who can help us when we can't find our way out of a dark spot we are in. I think you will find that others just want the best for you and for your system.
