i was in "containment" but yesterday i broke out and now i wonder if i even should have. i have taken the lid off all (most) of my trauma stuff and now i feel like ive scr*w*d the system over. im always trying to go forward, but dig myself a hole instead.

i see T in an hour.

i dont like this.
