Hi All People going through heart break. Know that you are not alone. I am right there with you. I am ashamed to say that I was married 23 years to a horrible abusive person. I got stuck Now he has discarded me and kids. Very heart broken by his cold let down. Lets help one another get through heart break.

I understand what your going thru now . I was discarded many years ago but refused to acknowledge it. I should have known better. People for the most part will let you down. My heart aches for love. But can't find it. Guess I'm not looking in the right places. I hope your heart gets mended. I see nobody responded to your post yet. What a disgrace. Wishing you all the best.......

I really hate that both of have had such difficult marriages and the way the ended.

My ex wife and I were together for nearly 4 years and married for 3 and I was totally blindsided by her wanting a divorce. I feel like the last 4 years of my life were a lie. I don't know where to go from here and having 2 young children makes things even worse. I tell you, I think divorce is probably harder on men most of the time if there's children involved because the children end up living with the woman and it just sucks not having my children around like I want.

So sorry that you're going through this too. I had to put my husband away because he threw away his meds and his delusions got so bad it became scary. It is by far the hardest thing I have ever had to do in my life, and now dealing with the loneliness is even harder.

What I would give for one of his hugs right now.

This is so hard. But I know you'll be okay, because you're not alone too.

My love language is physical touch and not having the love and support of my wife anymore is so difficult.
