Hello - I'm interested in researching therapist options to help handle, cope, discuss my recent separation and curious what types of therapists others have found helpful. I'm not sure if their is a certain certification or field of study for this as I'm just starting to looking into but thought this a great forum to start! Thanks!

Just do a search in your area and type in what you are looking for. You may also find live support groups that meet near you. Some therapists do groups too.
