So I wrote a letter to my h telling him that the ways in which he was treating me were not acceptable to me. I said "I am done." He left me a voice-mail saying he doesn't understand the letter. What part of I'm done do you not get? Maybe I should have had it translated into Spanish for him. He just tried calling me and I ignored it. I only want to talk to him with others present. I am currently in treatment for an eating disorder and really don't need the extra anxiety of talking to him right now. He is a huge reason I relapsed. I don't know the point of this besides to just get it out.

It’s ok. Maybe he really doesn’t understand, maybe he’s playing ignorant and doesn’t want to be accountable. Either way, I hope you’re safe and able to move on to the kind of life you want for yourself.

Is there a reason you had to write a letter and not speak to him? Are you not living together?

He told me about 6 weeks ago he no longer wants to be married. He didn't talk to me for 3 weeks. Then he started acting like nothing was wrong and like he loved me. I told him I needed time to think about things by myself. After thinking things over, I decided he had been trying to control and manipulate me. Been there done that not doing it again. I have not been at the house for a week. Saturday I went and packed most of my stuff.

I've been staying with my daughter. He came by Sunday and knocked for 20 minutes while texting and calling me. I ignored it because I don't trust him. In his last text he said that he still cares more than I can imagine and he loves me. He totally creeps me out now.
