I'm new to this site and i really hope to find and offer comfort to others. My big issue now is the finality of my divorce is very close and I'm becoming panicky. We have been separated a year now and we are just awaiting the court date for a deposition and the signing of the papers. Three months ago i was doing great. Now, it seems i've slipped back a year and all of those feelings are coming back. Is this "normal" at this stage?

Hi montofrabi, welcome to Psych Central. Do you have a support system in place to help you through this time. I think whatever feelings you are having is normal for you. A therapist might be able to help you figure out how to deal with everything that is going on right now. Good luck to you and keep us posted.
