So i've been going through some relationship troubles, which triggered me into not eating recently. Just wanted to give an update. After about a week or two of freaking out and not eating I calmed down and tried to work things out with my boyfriend, but I remained guarded. Since then we havent gotten along very well so we decided to take a break and we havent seen each other in about a week. Not being around him has given me a lot of clarity and i've calmed down quite a bit. I feel considerably stronger and less dependent on him and i'm starting to think that I should not try to reconcile with him for a number of reasons. I've also been eating fairly normally
