I am so FAT..........doctors says i need to lose weight...what do did do I went home and binged on chocolate. I hate myself being fat.........my T says my eating is a form of self harm! I eat 24/7, My excitement in life is looking faward to eating again...Then hating myself, purging in the toilet, then eating again. GOD i so hate myself with a passion.

I wonder what you said to your doctor? Was it something like .. “Oh really Doctor! Thankyou so much for that piece of wisdom ..I had never realised! If only I had known that before... From now on, I will eat healthily, exercise regularly, and my life will be wonderful. If only I had known it was so easy…Silly me!”

im feeling the same hun the dr told me that to they can be so mean and to think 3yrs ago i was in hospital for anorexia.
they are clueless

sometimes it's easier to binge after hearing something like that because it makes you feel like sort of a lost cause already, so why not have more chocolate? try to make small, gradual changes in your eating habits and use the progress you see as motivation to continue. hope this helps.

My T told me to eat small amounts of food in a teacup with a teaspoon (if you eat things like cereal) to break the cycle and eat it slowly, there was more to it than that I'll tell you if you like.....I don't know it may work for you. s
