To get started I'll begin with.

I eat a few bites.

I wake in the night and eat a snack like granola bar
Then I get back up and eat two more.

I fall asleep while eating them. Then wake up and eat some more of it while I'm in bed. I reach for it without really knowing, it can even be laying beside me or still in my hand. I'll eat more of it then fall asleep again, waking, sleeping, eating.

I wake up with chocolate my face, chest, bed.

It's probally cuz I'm not eating durning the day, but I don't know.

Cuz sometimes I eat durning the day, and eat and eat
or
Just drink sweet tea.

I'm finally off the laxatives and enamans.
Well, I don't do the ever single day like I did for 5 years.

I barely do it if any once a month.

I also can't even sit watch tv or drive without doing stomach inhales and out breathes.......Always doing something

Or do nothing for days not eat, eat I don't know

I was anoerix and bulimc......I never throw up that's icky

I already don't like most foods very very picky

my food can't touch each other on the plate and every bite has to be the perfect bit.

WELL THAT'S SOME........

Disordered eating is indeed a plague...in the personal sense, I mean.

In response to the one thing in your post that seems like a question:

Most definitely in my experience and from what I have learned in the course of treatment for anorexia, not eating all day does set one up for a lot of snacking/breakout binging at night. Especially craving carbs, which is literally brain food...poor thing in our head just wants fuel and will get it however it can. And also, feeding a starving body a little something can put you right to sleep since your body then wants all the energy for itself, to digest with.

I hope you get help if you want it, or find some kind of peace somehow...you are a struggling person, not a disorder.
Thanks for this!
