Believe me, you're not the only one. I eat just to eat and then I get upset because before I'm done chewing, I feel very sleepy.

Some days, I will not eat until I get home because I know I will need a nap after I eat. During my lunch breaks, I have tried eating small salads or luchables; in hopes that I will not get tired. I found that I don't feel totally wiped out but I still feel like a nap afterwards.

I understand being tired after meals. The only problem with me is that when I start eating I can't stop and then I am over full and get tired from that.
