I just can't control my over eating and constant snacking. I am morbidly obese and I try and try to stop but I always turn to food. If I am happy about something I eat and if I am upset I eat. Just there is no reason that I can think of to help me. If anyone can help me please feel free to contact me. Thank you for listening.

Do you have a therapist, or someone else you can talk to about this that can help? Maybe a doctor or nutritionist?

I can relate to overeating. I ate to hide all my feelings and emotions which wasn't good. I went to a eating disorder clinic and I am also seeing 2 different therapists. Maybe it's something you could try?

You need good habits to replace eating. I know, easier said than done!!! So much comfort comes from routine. Everyone's habits and routines are different, what works for one may not work for another. Have you ever tried talking to a therapist? They may help you work out your underlying feelings what you over eat and help you replace eating with healthier habits.
Best of Luck
