What is healthy? Gaining weight or losing weight? Do you have anyone to talk to about this?

I am almost "overweight" and it makes me feel disgusted with myself.

Did you come from being underweight to start with?
I was dealing with anorexia back in 1995......got through that & ended up gaining more weight than I had ever weighed in my life.....then lost it again due to stress & the pendulum swung back to anorexia which took me several years to recover from....now I am careful to stay at a healthy weight.....neither extreme......it feels so much better....back to the healthy self that I was most of my life before depression & anxiety hit me in 1994. Pick a healthy weight that is neither under, nor over weight & aim for that. I have found that sticking around that weight is not only more healthy, but I feel so much better all the way around. Might be something you could try to aim for
