I honestly don't know, I think I'm just not hungry. But how can a person go days without being hungry? and no one believes that I'm not hungry...

Sometimes our body systems can get messed up and the signal between our brains and our stomachs don't always connect. So sometimes you could be hungry but ecause your brain didn't get the memo from your stomach - you don't eat. Sometimes it's because we've trained ourselves to not eat much or anything at all, and so we train ourselves to exist off less and less food... and that's not good. So our bodies forget to interpret "hungry" signals.

It is a good idea to eat regularly, even if you're not actually feeling hungry. Small meals and snacks. Stuff that's good for you that may train your body to recognize being hungry again. But it takes time, unfortunately.

If you don't eat for hunger, eat for flavor. Pick foods that are dense in nutrients. At the very least, be sure to take a multivitamin and a calcium supplement. Maybe even a calcium-magnesium-zinc supplement. A deficiency of zinc can cause a loss of appetite, which then makes it a challenge to bring your level back up.

ur body is used to it. u need to expand ur stomach when u do so u will feel more hungry because there is more room in ur stomach. i agree with others try eating small meals snacks. fruits veggies. something that after u eat wont make u feel guilty.

wish u the best of luck! remember we are only granted with one life. live it to the fullest. people are going to be judgemental either way.
Thanks for this!
