I've been bulimic for many, many years and had 4 months of absintence under my belt before I relapsed. Today is going easy for me and I wanted to share this so when I do struggle, I can find proof that there are days when I can follow my meal plan and my body can function happily.

I'm halfway through today and still haven't binged. Too soon to call the relapse over, but I'm HOPEFUL for once.

completed my 5th day. still facing the music from my disordered eating but the more good days I have behind me, the easier the next good day is. Oh how much I want this recovery!

(thanks PC friends. I need your accountability or I think I'm invisible and no one cares).
Thanks for this!
