I'm overweight and I'm trying to lose weight before May. I weigh 170 and want to be 120 if I can. I'm losing weight, but I'm rarely eating. I'm lucky if I eat one meal a day, and it's almost always because I just don't want to eat. I'm tired more often, but people have been saying I'm looking better which encourages me to keep doing what I'm doing and even increase it. I know I need to eat, but I just feel like whatever I put in my stomach just makes me grow bigger.......
