I don't think I would call it a big binge but it certainly is way too many carbohydrates without sufficient protein/vegis and fruits.
But one meal isn't going to make or break you. Is that dinner typical of what you eat?

I would ask the question were you eating such random things because you were still hungry or because you were feeling something else?

example I have coffee, hash browns, 2 scrambled eggs and two slices of toast for breakfast. Today I had a roast beef deli sandwich with melted cheddar, a single serving sized bag of chips for lunch and dinner tonight I had spagetti a slice of garlic bread and a pepsi. this is typical - 3 relatively square meals a day. a binge for me would be 3 cups of coffee, 4 scrambled eggs, 4 slices of toast, a package of pop tarts for breakfast. two roast beef sandwiches with cheddar a family sized bag of chips and a couple pepsi's for lunch and dinner 3-4 servings of spegetti, a tossed salad 3 or 4 slices of garlic bread 2 pepsi's, two slices of cheese cake and 2 servings of ice cream. and a family sized bag of chocolate. a binge is anything that is not your typical eating or drinking pattern. |
