I eat out of boredom, have no sex life. Husband and I are no longer attracted to each other but still together because of kids and my MI (Bipolar and possibly bpd) -I'm very dependent on him.
I wish I had a sex life - am very horny but I block feelings with food.
Am I destined to live a life like this? I'm only 43.

Well, if you're really thinking altruistically, it would be better to model a healthy, happy relationship, rather than dysfunctional, unhappy relationship for your kids. It would help their odds of not only having a happy childhood, but a happier adulthood.
